Processing Time
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. For bulk orders or large quantities of chip beads, the processing time may be extended. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email immediately.

Shipping Carriers & Transit Time
We ship worldwide using reliable third-party dropshipping logistics providers. Estimated transit time is generally 7-15 business days. Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance processes, weather conditions, or local courier operations.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD.

  • Standard Rate: For orders under $100 USD**, a flat shipping rate of **$20 USD applies.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not include these fees in our product or shipping prices. Any packages returned due to unpaid customs fees will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping costs.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or missing addresses provided by the buyer. If you discover an error in your address, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped out.

Packaging & Damaged/Lost Packages
We take great care in packing our natural stone chip beads with secure wrapping to prevent leakage and breakage during transit. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged (e.g., torn outer packaging resulting in bead loss), please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos of the damaged package. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once the order has been processed or handed over to the logistics provider, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.
